My name is Emma and I am a personal trainer for women
I hear so many women say that they should lose weight, and almost every time when we dig a little deeper the real issue is something completely different.
To feel younger and more energized, better fitting clothes, stop the knee pain, feel stronger, tone up, get back to running, and the list goes on.
This is why I want to work holistically. To include all parts of wellness and take the right steps toward the goals you really want for yourself.
I'll guide you through the journey with my decades of experiences of success and failure compromised into days, so you can go in a straighter line from start to finish and get the tools to continue on your own.
Women are not small men and the workouts, nutrition and recovery we need don't look the same. I have made it my mission to help women thrive and get the coaching we deserve.
The tools I use come from strength training, core and stability training, postural realignment, yoga and mindfulness.
