FIT STEP BY STEP, PERSONAL TRAINER KIRKLAND
Initial consultation
This is the foundational coaching session. All fitness journeys with me start here.
In a judgment free way, we define your starting point, set your personal health and fitness goals, and make a roadmap on how to get there.
We will look into your history of exercise, sports, and injuries.
We will do an assessment of your posture and alignment to help direct the choice of exercises.
We will look into your day to day life to optimize and fit the changes so that it works for you long
term. We will also check up on your stress levels, recovery and diet, and I will make personalized
recommendations to make sure you feel your best and reach your fitness goals.

Personal training session
Aligned with the plan we made in the initial session, we will work through your customized
program together. I will guide you through warmup, corrective exercises, functional strength
training, cardio and cool down. We will adapt the workout to the body and mind you walked in
with, sometimes we step back, and sometimes we push hard.
Encouragement, positive reinforcement and motivational coaching is part of the training session.

Small group training
Share the cost and the fun in a group!
The sense of community of a group class, and the personal touch and adaptivity of personal training
all in one. I offer a small group for 2-4 people where we all work together to get fit and happy.

Hybrid program
Do you like the idea of online training, but want a tailored workout program and the support of an in person trainer? Sign up for my Hybrid program with the best of both worlds!
We will meet once a month or once a week in person for a session at the gym. For the rest of your training session you will follow the online program and can workout from home or at a gym.
Through my app you will get:
Easy to follow and track workouts with videos and instructions.
Access to messaging with me for accountability and support.
Habit tracking and challenges.
Online program
For ladies who want the support, guidance and accountability from a trainer, but want to work out on their own.
First, we meet at my gym or virtually for an initial session.
Then, I customize a program for your unique needs and wants and you follow it through the Trainerize app. I will adapt the program for at home or gym workouts.
Custom programs
